I was in clear water in El Cardonal Mexico on the East Cape of Baja, approximately 500 yards offshore and just north of a reef in open water over white sand bottom. The fish swam in from deeper blue water and I dropped down. It circled back towards me and I shot it with my 3 band Riffe series 3 with a slip tip on it. I hit it and the fish took a fast run, but I used my floatline and brought it up. After I brought it up, I grabbed tail and bear hugged it and then brained it and .....then swam it to shore. Happy spearo gal!!!!
