I was in some nice clear water swimming in the willows around 12 to 15' of water.When i come to a spot in the willows that was bare no trees or willow. When i looked at the bottom i could see a black figure swimming.so i pulled up my speargun and went to shoot the catfish turned to swim away i pulled the trigger and speared him right through the head.And then the battle was on i pulled him up and realized that catfish is the biggest i had ever shot.My dad was there and so was my daughter they both couldn't believe the size of the head on the catfish.
