Drfiting over a pinnacle that came up to 150' a big school of snapper hung out about 60'-100' under the surface after a few drops and having have shot two earlier that day with my speargun i thought I would try with the polespear. So i made a drop got to about 70 feet and the school appeared, I aimed at one and hit it right on the back let the polespear go and and pulled from the surface with my float line after a short battle i had the fish in my hands and into the boat.
