There was no much current so we headed for the bottom and after my second dive they started to show…as usual always at a distance, Red Snappers, nervous, running in and out of the coral labyrinths ahead of me and a very distant shoal of Midnight´s…four more dives and I was out of strategy, with the fish getting further and further nervous…time to think, access and change as they where giving little chance of shot… Some precious moments spent ventilating and relaxing at the surface, and a calm descent followed…this time I went directly to a coral maze positioning myself inside…the fish sensed my presence but they could not see me, so meter after meter they approached and after a minute and a half I had the whole shoal of Midnight´s in front of me…I waited and waited and when one of the biggest was in range I squeezed the trigger…the fish runs to a cave near by, I reach for the surface, as the guys watch for any sharks…after a well deserved pause i descend to claim my catch.
