I’ll be hunting this fish for about three years usually at this time of the year big school of blues show up at Block Island in Rhode Island we are doing drift diving over this small reef about five drops before we have to reset oh my third drop I ended up on the higher part of the reef only 35’ I barely hit the bottle and I heard huge tales. I thought it was a school of bass into I have a visual, I saw about 40 fish on 10 foot vis, they start circling me around very close and relaxed, I didn’t wait long to sling one a little bit higher than what I expect he took me for ride about 2 1/2 circles with my bands, fully stretch. I was worried about breaking the bands and receive the pool in my face locally he gave me some space to grab on the pool at this point I was at the surface and game over. Took the knife and bled him
