We were out at one of our favorite spots for hogfish. Captain Fletch had just given me the 10 minute notice that we'd be headed back because he had to make work. Coming to the end of the dive already with a couple nice fish in the boat i made a swim around a last little patch of reefs and there he was. He had his nose in a hole looking in it for something. I swam down and as i came almost in striking range he noticed me and turned around to look at me. I knew that was my chance and let go the spear hit the fish and swam him back to the surface.
