We are about 6 miles off back side of San Clemente Island/Seal Cove area in dead glassy conditions in the afternoon and saw meter marks. I jumped with my gun and terminal gear and dove about 40 feet down. I held and waited for school to come in on me, aimed, and fired with dead shot on fish which toggled well with slip tip. I brought it up and grabbed by tail and brought it to boat. Fish was stunned and worn out enough with midline shot and fight, I did not need to second shoot it.Happy diver for sure!!!!
